I highly recommend Scott Collins and consider him to be the most professional real estate person I have ever dealt with. Over the years we have sold seven houses, dealt with as many real estate agents, but the experience with Scott was the best ever. Selling a home is always a stressful experience but Scott made it much less of one. He kept in contact with us from the very beginning, took the time to explain the market conditions, the current trend of buyers in our price range, the marketing strengths of his company and the strategies that would be used to interest and attract buyers. He was always available to answer questions and made us feel that we were his most important clients. Our house sold quickly thanks to Scott but an event that occurred just before closing on the sale of our home speaks volumes about his professionalism and caring nature. Due to some issues with our moving company, some items were left behind in the garage that needed to be disposed of but we had already left the area. Frantic, I called Scott the day before closing and explained the situation. Scott said not to worry about it. Two hours later the issue was resolved. Need I say more about why I recommend Scott.

Christina Forbis did a wonderful job in preparing, selling, and following up in the selling of our Port Royal Plantation home. She started the process by coming up with just the right sales price (a science in and of itself), so exact the house sold within a week after it went on the market. Christina was enormously helpful in suggesting names of people who could help us in our move and frequently checked in and solicited feedback. Having been displaced by Hurricane Sandy a year ago, I was happy to be rescued by Brad Wilson. Recently my wife and I have had the privilege of working with Angela Barbic of Charter One Realty.  Angela recognized that we were coming from Virginia and our time in Bluffton was limited and valuable. Working with Sabrina was the highlight of my moving experience. I was only able to visit houses with her for one day, but she made the most of that time and was really able to home in on exactly what I wanted. Andy Reed at the Reed Team has helped me with 3 properties since I have been buying property in Hilton Head.  The first one was when we wanted to sell our property in Sea Pines to build another house. Andy did a fantastic job of determining what we needed to do- to sell the house and then how the house would best show.  Small things to us as buyers, but only items that a “Good Realtor” would know: some of the things Andy helped us with: “cut some limbs so you can see the house better”  “Power-wash the house so it is clean”  Things that to a seller, we really didn’t notice, but to someone, like Andy – he knew what it would take to sell the house!  Our house sold in about 3 weeks!  Man we were surprised!  Then on to the building process, that Andy helped us find a builder and helped us review the floor plan to determine the best house we could build (by the way he wasn’t even making a commission).  Although, I guess Andy knows how to keep a customer – because since Andy had helped us so much on the last sell, we asked him to be our Realtor on a purchase we made in order to live – until our house was built. NOW we are in our DREAM HOME and have Andy to help us sell our other house.  Andy is always available and helpful in anything you ask him!!!  Thanks Andy for a job well done!
